Professor Maryam Abdu FCP is the President of Centre for Public Service Productivity & Development. She is also a Governing Council Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Governing Council Member of Chartered Institute of Directors, Governing Council Member of Confederation for Women Entrepreneurship, and, Advisory Board Member of Certified Institute of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Education. She is currently the Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Council of Chartered Institute of Directors; and, the National Auditor of Capital Market Academics of Nigeria (a high profile and well-educated elite group of persons committed to advancing the frontiers of Nigeria’s Financial Markets, also known as Club 1000).

Professor Maryam Abdu is a Professor of Finance in Kaduna State University. She has BSc Business Administration, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) Business Administration, and, Ph.D. Business Administration all from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Her progressive career began in Kaduna Industrial and Finance Company Limited (the State Investment Company) when she was employed as an Investment Officer in October, 1993 and grew through all the ranks to the position of Senior Manager (Investments). At Kaduna Industrial and Finance Company Limited, she was involved with industrial development and investment decisions. She voluntarily resigned her appointment in December, 2007 to join the services of Kaduna State University. Her academic career at Kaduna State University corresponds with her administrative responsibilities. She was Deputy Director, Kaduna State University Consultancy Unit (KASUCONSULT) from 2016 to 2017, Director, KASU Consult (from 2017 to 2021), Head, Department of Business Administration (from 2021 to 2023), Coordinator, Professional Certification Academy (from 2023 to 2025). She is currently the Director, Directorate of University Advancement.

Professor Maryam Abdu is a seasoned professional. She is a Registered Professional, a FELLOW of 15, Member of 3 and Associate Member of 2 Professional bodies and institutes in Nigeria and abroad. She is an EXCO member and the immediate past Vice President of The Academy of Management Nigeria.

Engr. Dr Gbenga Abayomi Adeyemi is the MD/CEO,  EMADEL Integrated Energy Services Limited an  Oil and Gas Assets Evaluation, Field Development and Management Company,

He started his Engineering Career with Pan Ocean Oil Corporation Nigeria in 1995. A Petroleum Engineer who has acquired competencies in all phases and aspects of hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation. He has managed organization,  set-up operationally, technically and administratively to crystalize into a full revenue generation model. His strength lies in start-up, growing, maturing and sustaining Oil and Gas Assets and Organization, with sound HSE Philosophy and good moral values. His strong interpersonal relationship with his peers in the Oil and Gas Environment, mostly in Nigeria-based International Oil Companies (IOCs), the Marginal Field Operators (MFOs) and with strong network in the regulatory bodies (DPR, FMENV, etc.) and Government Companies (NNPC, NPDC, NAPIMS etc.), gave credence to his rapid growth in the Industry.

3.  A unique crude oil injection hub for 5 Marginal Field Operators, with explicitly defined Hydrocarbon Accounting Philosophy, in his capacity as the pioneer Head of Operations.
4. Supported several Oil & Gas Producing Marginal Field Operators e.g. Platform Petroleum / New Cross JV and Midwestern Oil and Gas / MART Resources JV, to achieve First Oil in record time, with sound and uncompromising HSE virtues.
5. . Devised primary cementing and squeeze job calculation software package (Cementing Simulator).
6.  Multitalented in Production Optimization strategies, Oil Well Cementing Techniques, Custody Transfer Operations and by extension - Oil and Gas Accounting Principles.
