Applicants for Associates must be an Individual Member with the Association and must comply with the requirements described below:

1. 1. Educational Achievement
   Proof of sufficient formal or practical education, both in quantity and quality as stated below.
2. Formal Education – A bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
   OR
3. Practical Education – Applicants without degrees may substitute or augment their formal education with practical education derived from business service.  This practical education requires any two-year combination of:
• Formal College Education.
• Productivity Specialist Experience.
• Business Experience in a supervisory or Managerial position.


4. 2. Experience Versatility
   Proof of achievement of the following requirements.

A variety of assignments in different areas such as manufacturing, administration, service, support function, warehouse, retail, engineering, maintenance, process industries, personal service, transportation, commercial, financial, government, agricultural, or sanitation, etc.  The individual must have experience at least in three areas



5. 3. Execution Ability
   Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the profession, ability to design & install and general proficiency as a Productivity Specialist.


6. 4. Online Workshop
   Attend Online Productivity Course and Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the productivity profession, ability to design and install and general proficiency as a Productivity Specialist.


7. 5. Written Test – A written test must be taken under the auspices of CeProd.  This test consists of a series of questions, all of which must be answered.


8. 6. Personal Interview – Each candidate must be interviewed by a Fellow of the Centre who will examine the candidate's knowledge and understanding of the profession as well as their willingness to accept the responsibility of certification.

Applicants for Full  Member  must be an Individual Member  who has met with the requirements of being an Associate; and must comply with the requirements described below:

1. 1. Higher Degrees, ACP or Membership of other professional body or bodies 


2. 2. Business experience in a senior or management position for at least 7  years

Applicants for Fellow must be an Individual Member who has met the requirements of being a full member; and must comply with the requirements described below:

1. 1. Business experience in a senior or management position for at least 15  years
2. 2. A remarkable contribution made in promotion of Productivity in the industry and  nation at large,

To become a corporate member of CeProd:

1. 1. An organization must have been incorporated at least five (5) years to the date of application.
2. 2. At least One staff of the organization must be qualified to be a fellow of CeProd
3. 3. Corporate members must attach their corporate Registration certificate and a profile of their Chief-Executive
