CeProd visits the Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Ministry of Establishment, Training, and Pensions

Some  Council members  and  Members of the Centre For Public Service Productivity and Development (CeProD), recently had the honor of paying a courtesy visit to Mr. Olawale Musa, FCP, the Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Ministry of Establishment, Training, and Pensions.

Our purpose for this visit was in threefold:

A. First, to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the esteemed Permanent Secretary on his well-deserved posting to a ministry where his productivity will impact all civil service! 

B. Secondly, share our vision of impacting the entire Lagos State with Productivity Ideals and Philosophy. Our ultimate goal is to make Lagos State a global competitor across all sectors! 

C. Thirdly, discuss the causes and remedies of low productivity in the Nigerian Public Service and its profound impact on National Development. This is a matter we are truly passionate about!
